• 1. Eligibility for Returns:

    For returns, contact us at care@xmeecos.com. Contact us with the issue within 10 days after the delivery date. Returns won’t be accepted if the original seal is broken.

  • 2. Return Process:

    We will send a free delivery label to return the product in its original condition. Please send the product back in the same delivery box it came with, or in a properly sealed box or bubble bag. If the returned product arrives in a damaged condition, it won’t be accepted. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days of delivery.

  • 3. Customer Satisfaction:

    If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
