XMEECOS Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Contact us with the issue within 10 days after the delivery date.

• Returns won’t be accepted if the original seal is broken.

2. Return Process:

• We will send a free delivery label to return the product in its original condition.

• Please send the product back in the same delivery box it came with, or in a properly sealed box or bubble bag.

• If the returned product arrives in a damaged condition, it won’t be accepted.

3. Customer Satisfaction:

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
