Refund policy

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Contact us with the issue within 10 days after the delivery date. Returns won’t be accepted if the original seal is broken. 2. Return Process: We will send a free delivery label to return the product in its original condition. Please send the product back in the same delivery box it came with, or in a properly sealed box or bubble bag. If the returned product arrives in a damaged condition, it won’t be accepted.3. Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.4. Contact Us: For returns, contact us at care@xmeecos.com. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days of delivery.
  2. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@xmeecos.com.
